Saurwein Nom Pinot Noir

The wine is intense and graceful, yet rather powerful. The tannins are silky and are supported by fresh acidity, which brings an elegant balance to the wine.

Grapes are hand-picked, hand-sorted, cold-soaked and the wine spends 10 months in French oak barrels. Made with minimal intervention in order to create an authentic varietal character, this wine has a lovely red and black fruit profile. Bold cherries with hints of cocoa make it perfect for pairing with food.
