Mille951 Gavi di Gavi

Along the hills of Gavi, Produttori del Gavi overlooks the historic Gavi fortress and has been making winefor over65years. With 220 hectares, the95farmers forming this cooperative boast the biggest vineyard holding of Gavi DOCG, containing a number of organically certified vineyards as well as vines up to 90 years old. 

Straw yellow colour with classic greenish shades. Its nose is full of floral aromas followed by pear, passion fruit and pineapple. There is a lovely fresh acidity and elegance on the palate making this wine easy to drink chilled down with a nice cheese board.
