Quinta dos Roques Correiro Tinto

An easy drinking fruit filled red blend from the lesser know region of Dao in Portugal. This blend is made from 40% Jaen ,25% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro and 15% Tinta Roriz this gives a deep ruby colour and has plenty of wild berry and herby aromas. Very supple on the palate with a vibrant acidity, it's full of fresh fruit and a good touch of savouriness. Medium bodied and would hold its own against a juicy steak or BBQ pork.
