Big Top Red Zinfandel

Our supplier Boutinot have been working with growers in California for over 10 years, increasingly with specific estates sourcing old vine material and site-specific fruit. The current range of wines are sourced from the warm region of Lodi in Central California.

Big Top Zinfandel is vinified in stainless steel tanks, to harness all that fruitiness, then sees a bit of oak ageing to add smoothness and a lick of vanilla. It’s a real crowd-pleaser that is the perfect accompaniment to your summer barbeques.

Sweet scented, with cracked black pepper and dark damson fruit. On the palate, Big Top is round and fleshy, beautifully balanced and packed full of robust red fruit flavours alongside oaky undertones.
