Balfour Blanc De Noir

The Hush Heath Estate in Kent comprises of 400 acres of vineyards, apple orchards and woodland and are producing a growing range of very, very impressive wines, from classic English sparkling wines to complex, innovative and unusual still wines.

This Blanc de Noirs has the perfect balance of subtle red fruit flavours, coming from the dark grapes' skins which also provide a pale peachy copper colour in the glass. A mineral and citrus refreshment on the palate are balanced by tangerine, cranberries and fennel. This fizz is vibrant, complex and almost certainly drinkable with or without food. 

Blanc de noir is a Champagne style made entiley from black grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, these provide soft peachy hues, subtle red fruit flavours and add an intense characteristic to the wine.
