Tatomer is a specialist Californian producer focused on cool-climate white varieties, particularly Riesling and Grüner Veltliner.

Founded by Graham Tatomer, the winery draws strong inspiration from Austrian winemaking, reflected in its precise, mineral-driven style.

The vineyards used for the Vandenberg cuvée are located in some of the coldest parts of Santa Barbara County, benefiting from strong ocean winds and sandy soils that enhance acidity and aromatic clarity.

In addition to Riesling, Tatomer produces Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir and small amounts of other varieties, often using techniques such as neutral oak ageing and careful site selection to emphasise terroir.
