Exclusively Yours
The Wine Library upstairs at Tivoli Wines can be exclusively yours for up to 30 people, and we have a few different packages that can be tailored to suit you and your guests.
Our elegant space provides a sophisticated backdrop for corporate functions, private parties, special milestones, or Christmas gatherings. Whether you’re seeking a relaxed social evening or an engaging team-building activity, our personalised approach ensures a memorable event.
Zero Corkage Venue Hire
Looking for a venue in Cheltenham to host a corporate event, special celebration or get together? You can now hire The Wine Library for a flat fee of £300. This is typically from 6pm-10pm, though afternoons are also available upon request. If 10pm is too early, you can extend your event to 11pm for an additional £100.
No one likes paying corkage – we don’t like to charge for it either – so if you hire the room, you can simply purchase bottles at retail price with no unexpected extras! And whilst we want you to enjoy the fantastic range of wines we have available, we won’t be asking you to purchase a minimum number of bottles either.
Have fun at your leisure, without pressure.
Educated Wine Tastings
If you'd like to arrange a private tasting hosted by one of the Tivoli Wines team, we have a couple of options, both of which can be tailored to suit your preferences.
Standard Wine Tasting:
£35 per person - You’ll be guided through a selection of 6 of our favourite wines. These are wines that we feel represent great value and great quality – hopefully you’ll love them as much as we do!
Premium Wine Tasting:
£50 per person - You’ll be guided through a special selection of 6 of our higher priced, fine wines. This may include the likes of Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Super Tuscan, etc.
All we ask is for a minimum of 10 people for these tastings to go ahead. You can still book in if there are less than 10 in your group, but please understand that we will need to charge for our minimum of 10 people (ie. £350/£500).
Other Information
Food: As we don't have any kitchen facilities at Tivoli Wines, we're unable to cater your events. However, you’re very welcome to bring your own food, arrange catering, or order a takeaway to be delivered to Tivoli Wines. We can supply you with plates and cutlery, no problem. We always have a good snack selection available in-store if needed (crisps, olives, nuts, etc).
Non-drinkers: While we do have a small range of no/low-alcohol products available to purchase, we allow all private hires to bring their own soft drinks to cater for those that don't drink or are designated drivers.
Music: We have access to Spotify and a sound system for you to play your favourite tunes throughout your event.
Accessibility: Unfortunately, as The Wine Library is located on the first floor, above the shop, it is not fully accessible.
