These vineyards, which adorn the shores of the Mediterranean, produce what many consider Provence’s greatest rosé. Zesty and citrusy, this wonderfully polished rosé combines notes of strawberry fruit with a balanced acidity and a long, dry finish. It will pair beautifully with some gently-smoked salmon.
After meticulous sorting, the fruit is very delicately pressed before ageing in old oak barrels for six to eight months.
