San Marzano TALO Verdeca

A curious wine we weren't sure what to expect of, but have sort of fallen for. Verdeca is a rarely seen variety which ripens late, beneficial in as hot a climate as Puglia. The result is a wine with fresh acidity and, at least in part because of three months barrel ageing, a rich creaminess that makes this a very flexible wine.
