Made with the Vinhão grape, this red Pet-Nat makes for a unique and fascinating wine. 

Quinta da Raza focus on capturing the pure essence of the region, taking a natural and low intervention approach. They hand-pick fruit, foot-tread grapes, allow wild yeasts to cause spontaneous fermentation and only use traditional granite vessels. It's all about the fruit here - there's no secondary flavours influencing the style of wine - crunchy black berries, sharp acidity and an inherent earthiness.

Unfined and unfiltered, this lightly sparkling red is best served chilled. It makes the perfect partner to a BBQ, though you'll need more than one bottle...
