Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a haute-couture wine company located in Meursault which was created in September 2017 on the foundations of a century-old house of wine located in the same premises. It enjoys a privileged location with an outstanding view over the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, as it is located at the end of the first of these villages. In addition, it has beautiful and extensive historic cellars that stretch for more than 1500 square metres, which ensure that wines are produced, aged and stored in perfect conditions. Les Parcellaires de Saulx sells around 30 appellations produced on the most prestigious terroirs of Burgundy, from Côte de Beaune to Côte de Nuits, from village appellations to grands crus.
