Domaine Eric Forest is a small, highly regarded estate based in Vergisson, at the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé in southern Burgundy. Eric founded the domaine in 2000, taking on old family parcels planted between the 1930s and 1970s, and was mentored by local legend Jean-Marie Guffens, which shows in the precision and intensity of the wines. The estate now farms roughly five hectares across top sites such as Les Crays, La Roche and others, all on limestone and marl. Viticulture is sustainable and strongly influenced by biodynamic ideas inherited from Eric’s grandfather, an early adopter in the region.
