Idun Nuit Eternelle

From the cooler climate region of Elgin, South Africa, the Idun 'Nuit Eternelle' is a complex and elegant expression of Syrah. Intense aromas of cherry and blackberry are supported by savoury notes of black olive and white pepper. The 14 months spent in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new, add notes of toast and sweet spices.
