Westwell Pelegrim

Biscuity, fantastic value Kentish fizz.

Westwell is the wine label of ex-music industry figure Adrian Pike, who pivoted to winemaking after tasting a wine of Will Davenport, and subsequently working with him at his own farm in Sussex. Pelegrim is perhaps the most conventional of Westwell's wines, a traditional method sparkling wine, but shouldn't at all be overlooked for it. A blend of vintages, the wine spends 36 months ageing in the bottle, building up toasty, biscuity flavours, while the intrinsic quality of the fruit shines through in the elegant finish.
