Three Choirs Siegerrebe

Floral, perfumed, spicy English white.

Siegerrebe is a cross of Gewurztraminer and and Madeleine Angevine, offering the body and spice of the former and the earlier ripening of the latter. We're really quite fond of this grape, as it offers a perfume that few other UK grown varieties can get ripe to match. This is dry, so it has the implications of sweet Turkish delight and candied ginger but a balancing acidity, making this a great match for cheese.
