English wine's intrinsic acidity can help balance off-dry wines, so that they don't actually seem particularly sweet at all. This works to great effect in Three Choirs' rose from a range of grape varieties grown on their vineyard in north Gloucestershire.

Through out the whole winemaking process there is a focus on maximising quality without compromise and care and attention for the vine and the wine with equal passion.
