Along the way, we’ll discover a mix of familiar names and lesser-known regions, with plenty of indigenous grape varieties that rarely make it beyond Greece’s borders.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eExpect elegant, savoury reds from northern Greece, aromatic and textured whites, characterful island wines and, of course, the famously mineral, high-acid Assyrtiko of Santorini. We’ll also explore grapes such as Xinomavro, Agiorgitiko, Malagousia and Moschofilero, alongside a few more obscure varieties that may be completely new to you.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eGreek wine is shaped by dramatic landscapes, high-altitude vineyards, intense sunshine, coastal breezes and an extraordinary range of soils. We do have a limited number of high stools available should you need a seat, but please let us know in advance if you require one.
