Mittnacht Cuvée Gyotaku
The ultimate sushi wine.
Made by winemaker Christophe Mittnacht and his wife, Japanese chef, Yuka, to pair beautifully with sushi and sashimi. This is effectively a 'gentil' wine, an Alsatian style blending the various aromatic white varieties of the region into a slightly more balanced, neutral end result than the individual components. The result works with lots of different foods, but as intended, with fish especially.
