El Chivo Sauvignon Blanc

This partcular sauvignon has a lovely fresh acidty and coming from the central valley in Chile is more fruit forward that your cooler climate sauvignons. It is fleshy and is packed full or fresh gooseberry, lemon and lime flavours that give a great zingyness. Excellent pairing to a meaty piece of Cod or a creamy fish pie.
