De Martino Gallardia Old Vine White

Wine drinkers are getting more and more used to the merits of Muscat in dry wines. Its fragrant, musky, floral aroma is compelling when well made, but with its lack of acidity, it does need some help balancing out the finished wine. Enter Corinto, or Chasselas, as it is known in Europe. Relativelely neutral, it helps to soften the Muscat's edges and add the required acidity to make this as refreshing as it is aromatic.
