Just lovely Petilliant Naturel sparkling wine, made by bottling the wine before fermentation has finished to capture CO2. The wine is undisgorged, so there is a sediment on which the wine continues to age before drinking, giving a lovely yeasty creaminess to the soft white fruit flavours.
