Brightwell Vineyards Oxford Gold

An interesting English still wine from the lesser spotted Huxelrebe variety, this wine has spent a short time fermenting on the grapes' skins, giving the wine a broad, mouth-filling texture and slight grip. Gorgeously exotic and waxy, somewhere between Viognier and Chenin Blanc with some extra hawthorn added for good measure.
